Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

For EU residents, this choice of law does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by discontinuing use of our website and services. If you have paid for services that have not yet been delivered, termination terms will be governed by the specific service agreement.
